Cutimed PROTECT can be applied to wound margins precisely by the foam applicator. It effectively reduces the risk of maceration and protects the wound surrounding skin from damage by adhesive dressings. The sterile foam applicator is available in 1 ml and 3 ml.
Cutimed PROTECT spray
Cutimed PROTECT spray provides an even film to protect peri-wound and irritated skin from external impact and trans-epidermal water loss. The 28 ml-spray enables easy application to different skin surfaces.
Properties:
The polymeric solution is dispersed in an alcohol-free, non-irritating and non-stinging solvent.
When applied to the skin Cutimed PROTECT spray and foam applicator form a colourless, fast-drying, transparent film with good permeability to water vapour and oxygen.
